project proponents map, create, and initiate roadway projects.

Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) FFY 2019, 25
minutes (3:35 PM) Sandy Johnston, UPWP Manager,
CTPS – An overview of the UPWP document development process
to discover discrete studies addressing regionally relevant needs. Proposals
for consideration in the “Universe of Potential Studies” are being accepted; study
concept ideas and criteria conforming to the MPO’s goals will be addressed.

CrossTown Connect, 15 minutes (4:00 PM) Scott Zadakis, Director,
CrossTown Connect – Advisory Council Member’s organization program
informational tour of this Transportation Management Association’s activities
and goals.

Old Business, New Business, and Member Announcements, 15 minutes (4:15 PM) Ongoing
Advisory Council items and issues, including notices by members and items that
were not anticipated.
