4.     MaPIT! Project Planning Development Tool, 20 minutes (3:15 PM)   Bryan Pounds and Quinn Molloy – Office of Transportation Planning, MassDOT A contextual background and brief demonstration of the new Massachusetts Project Intake Tool (MaPIT), a mapping application to help project proponents map, create, and initiate roadway projects.

5.     Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) FFY 2019, 25 minutes (3:35 PM) Sandy Johnston, UPWP Manager, CTPS An overview of the UPWP document development process to discover discrete studies addressing regionally relevant needs. Proposals for consideration in the “Universe of Potential Studies” are being accepted; study concept ideas and criteria conforming to the MPO’s goals will be addressed.

6.     CrossTown Connect, 15 minutes (4:00 PM) Scott Zadakis, Director, CrossTown Connect Advisory Council Member’s organization program informational tour of this Transportation Management Association’s activities and goals.    

7.     Old Business, New Business, and Member Announcements, 15 minutes (4:15 PM) Ongoing Advisory Council items and issues, including notices by members and items that were not anticipated.
